Biomimetic and plus-energy buildings of Vincent Callebaut that produce their own power, vertical forests, pollution-removing towers and oceanscrapers. His projects meet the major urban and ecological challenges of the 21st century.

These programs could concern both citizens who do not have European citizenship and those who have European citizenship (Portuguese Non-Habitual resident regime)

Citizens who do not have a European citizenship in the case of purchasing/investing in real estate projects 500.000 Euro or more per family could apply for Schengen multiple entry visa and then a residence for all his/her family and investor also could apply for Personal Income Tax for a period of 10 years (in case of their residency in PT). So they could be able to receive transfers from abroad to their private bank account in Portugal and do not pay Personal Income tax in Portugal for period of 10 years. Already after first 5 years of residence, these persons will be able to apply for Portuguese citizenship (EU) (if he/they wish).

Purchased/constructed property can be rented. It can be also sold.
